I always keep dark chocolate
on hand for emergency situations! Tonight is apparently one of them. We flew back this morning from a quick weekend trip to Boston, and this evening I was in need of a chocolate fix. Dark chocolate has many health benefits, providing antioxidants and vital minerals, as well as reducing blood pressure and risk of heart disease. By European standards, chocolate must contain at least 35% cocoa solids to be considered "dark". The best, and most guilt free chocolates contain 70% cocoa solids. These chocolates are very rich, slightly sweet and absolutely delicious.
