WSJ Off Duty - Saturday morning bliss

Culinary inspiration from the Wall Street Journal's 'Off Duty' section.  This is my favorite way to start the weekend. With recipes from the likes of Eric Ripert and James Boyce, how can one go wrong? Next stop will be the farmers market, and then I promise to share my apple cake recipe!
