INGREDIENTS:
1 pie dough, store bought or homemade (click here for recipe with video directions!)
14 oz Brie
4 to 5 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Spiced Fig Pear Fruit Butter
5 to 6 fresh figs, sliced
1 pomegranate
PREPARATION: You will need a 11”x1” tart pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim rind off Brie and let it come to room temperature. Press pie dough into tart pan and bake according to package directions, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, while crust is hot gently spread Brie over crust and let cool.
When cool spread Spiced Fig Pear Fruit Butter over Brie, fan out sliced figs and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve at room temperature.
